Getting Coffee Straight: Good? Bad? How much is good for the heart? Or not? Organic vs. inorganic. Caffeinated vs. decaf.
Whatever you consume regularly, you should have a handle on how to do it healthiest!
I remember the first time I was at a “health lecture” in Escondido California.
Dr. Bernard Jensen literally ran from the back of the room to the front.
Once he stood smiling at the head of the room Dr. Jensen boomed out,
“I feel great today.
“How do you feel?”
Then he went on to tell us how our bodies were a gift. Greatly influenced by our choices.
“More “good” stuff in and “bad” stuff out,
“Is THE way of life helping us squeeze all the best our out of lives.
“Starts with food.
“And Detox.
That was in 1972.
Made sense to me.
So began eating organic, juicing, exercising, sprouting, detoxing.
But at the top of the list, was I gave up caffeine.
It was vilified in “health food” circles.
Coffee has been misunderstood for years.
