In Everything Hormones, Dr. Brownstein and I discussed the 26 studies (from 2 to 32 years in duration with matched cohorts) that were estrogen receptor positive (ER+). and given estrogen therapies.

Many of these studies were done at prestigious institutions like MD Anderson or the University of Wisconsin or Fred Hutchinson Research Cancer Center.

The ER+ women that got estrogen therapies, got less recurrence.

And less fatality if they did encounter recurrence.

Compared to ER+ women who did not get estrogen.

The oncologist Avrum Bluming MD, writes in his book Estrogen Matters (and I summarize in a small eBook on my web site called Estrogen Vindication), that much of cancer is actually driven by cancer stem cells. That have NO hormone receptors.

Certainly all recurrences are driven by cancer stem cells. This is widely accepted.

Even the conservative North American Menopause Society has now said that breast cancer patients can take vaginal estrogens. For dry painful vaginal vaults.

But new investigation has just came out stating the opposite.

But, in my opinion, there are issues in its tissues.
