In water and ice add a small container of sushi ginger.
Stir in any sweetener of your choice from stevia, to monk fruit, to cane sugar, to maple syrup to Truvia to whatever else is your “jam”. Or… no sweetener at all.
Put in fridge.
Let sit for several hours.
Delightful. Subtle. Inexpensive. Easy. Yum.

I drink this almost daily, but I use fresh ginger. This is a cool hack with the sushi ginger.
Now thats great health advice. Agenda 2030 states it is the goal to get rid of natural healthcare products so plan on coming up with your own natural products like ginger when they try to outlaw natural health care products. If they get rid of quercetin and zinc look up the equivalents in herbs vegetables fruits.
