Most of us would love an easier life.

For things to align without much blood, sweat and tears.

But alas, this universe, except perhaps for a few lucky ones (though even doubt that), is often a series of lots of work to accomplish our few desired goals.

Especially when it comes to our skin, muscles, heart and ability to think.

Most of us would like to live younger longer. Look younger longer. On all body, mind and spirit levels.

With skin that wrinkles less, bones that don’t break if we fall, and hippocampal volumes that stay robust enough so we can continue to make new memories, while relishing older ones.

What is one of the best tools we have to accomplish all this?

That doesn’t cost $20,000 for a “lift” or a laser or doesn’t require depending on other folks, like getting a script or taking a class, and is something all of us can do.

If we have the true vitamin D. Discipline.
