Paradigm Shifting

With the re-analysis of the Women’s Health Initiative, we learned that even though cBHRT is the best hormone option in our opinion, any hormone is better than no hormone. That was paradigm shifting.

Now we are learning that fermented foods are way better than only increasing plant foods, especially in terms of gut and mood health

Most of us, these days, are on the same page, thinking that a healthier gut makes healthier moods.

But how does what we eat play a role in this connect-the-dots?
