Foods & A Hormone That Control Appetite?

Appetite should be about life. You get hungry. You eat. You get full.

This is a healthy appetite cycle.

We get full from nutrients. And from hormones.

But with today’s glyphosate chelating out nutrients in plants sprayed with Round-up, such as wheat, corn, soy, chick peas and more, we get less nutrients.

I was about to buy one of my fav non-meat proteins last night at Whole Food’s, the falafel, and realized it is mostly made up of chick-peas. One of the highest sprayed foods with glyphosate. Especially if not organic, but even if organic.

Got gut issues? Appetite issues? Avoid chick peas and hummus presently. Darn it.

But wait, there’s more.

We get help with appetite control by a hormone made in our gut that travels to the brain and helps give off “full” signals.

What constituent in many foods boosts this hormone, which also works in consort with nutrients, to make it easier to be full. And not overeat?
