I’ve personally explored many of the ideas of Peter Attia's "Outlive", focusing especially on strength training, lean muscle maintenance, and practical daily habits that support real longevity.

Coming from Italy, I also see how simple lifestyles and strong community ties have helped many local centenarians thrive without complex interventions.
