Aging, Hormones, FSH

Most of us think as we age, we inevitably get thicker waists.

Duller more forgetful thinking.

Thinner bones.

Fatigue.

What drives this?

We have pointed a major finger at hormones.

Not all, as muscles, exercise, diet and toxic exposures all play a role, too.

But loss of sex steroid hormones (lower and more erratic levels of estrogen, testosterone, progesterone and even pregnanolone and DHEA) all drive many aspects of aging from weight gain, brain fog, to faster frailty.

Enter now also FSH, center stage.
