We think of melatonin as a sleep hormone, made in the dark. Or maybe an anti-cancer hormone. But did you know it does so much more?

Every single cell in your body uses or produces melatonin. A very important hormone! Not a sex steroid but a hormone none-the-less.

Hormones are the most powerful signaling molecules in the body. Only hormones can “talk” to genes.

But in-depth hormonal knowledge is no longer well represented in any medical school.

What a shame.
