I'm so sorry you've had computer hell (and humanity hell) this week! Wish you were in NC. I'd ask my husband to help with your computer! Also, wish the humanity hell was as easy to fix!

Micronized progesterone maintains a more physiological PR-A/PR-B balance. (better differentiation and controlled growth)

However a high PR-A expression is associated with more aggressive breast cancer subtypes. In breast cancer a high PR-A expression can also be linked to estrogen-driven proliferation and tamoxifen resistance, making it a potential marker for more aggressive disease.

So all of that said, as a breast cancer patient looking for a doctor who can safely prescribe bio identical progesterone- who can help make sure that it is expressed in the right way creating balance instead of a high PR-A expression? (Dominance)
