I just came home from shadowing, kayaking and hanging with Dr. David Brownstein and his amazing wife Allison. I met their friends, daughter, mom, and 40 staff in his 12,000 sq. ft. office, saw some patients and had a ball!

One thing they do is filter all the water in their house. They have a “whole house reverse osmosis system”. I helped design one of the first many years ago back in Santa Fe, New Mexico when I was writing Hormone Deception.

Note: when drinking reverse osmosis water you gotta be very sure to get adequate mineral supplementation.

Lead Exposure and Health

I had an entire section on lead and IQ in children in that breakthrough book on endocrine disruption: Hormone Deception.  Especially exposure in the womb due to mom’s exposure.

Although many studies have found a correlation between lead exposure and health, a true “causal link” had been lacking in the literature -- until now.
