Lectured In Indianapolis, Indiana, this past Saturday April 6th. Full house!
Spoke solid from 8 AM to 5 PM to docs that wanted to hear the “hormone science”.
Life has moments of “cuteness”; best never to be taken for granted. While waiting for the plane Sunday AM, saw this ultra adorable doggie. It’s own purse! Filled me with happiness. Had to share!
This was totally adorable! Had to share! Couldn’t stop laughing.

Just back from lecturing all day Saturday in Indianapolis.
Capital of Indiana. The “belt” of lots of farmers. Lots of spraying. Lots of ill kids.
There were many providers. Internists, family practice docs, Nurse Practitioners, chiropractors, and even one massage therapist who was wanting to “know” more.
There were 10 Amish taking notes with pen and paper. They were very interested and intelligent. Invited me to speak at a conference they will be holding for their community, on health. And… hormones. They’re wanting to keep their community well.
Got up Sunday 3 AM afterwards, thinking, I’ll get home early. Kayak.
But honestly spent the entire day on the couch. Watching comedies. Sleeping.
This conference, sponsored by Biotic’s Scientific and the amazing Bud, was all about the science showing: estrogen replacement in women and testosterone replacement in males, are heart, muscle, gut and brain protective.
The science says (Cache County dementia studies, University of Arizona insurance studies, 7 Million NIH Medicare studies, etc.) that natural hormone replacement is brain protective.
No doubt about it.
The studies that say the opposite, that hormones cause dementia, are looking at synthetic progestins and oral delivery. Not bioidentical topical or vaginal or injectable delivery. Which clearly show cognitive protection. And, breast protection!
While sitting at the airport early Sunday AM headed back home, my dear colleague, Dr. David Brownstein, who also often gets up at 4 AM, sent me this note.
“Dr. Mercola is at it again! Yikes!”
This is what Mercola published.
