An idea that rises in your head, before the sun does.
Our minds can play tricks on us.
Making us extremely wary of all our decisions.
Breeding worry.
One of the most incubating distressing times is early in the dark morning,
When worry arises, invite it in for tea.
Sip and chat and don’t take it as seriously as you might, let it percolate rather than plunder.
As the Dali Lama reminds us, happiness is a habit. Develop a habit to give your worrisome thoughts less prime time and your calmer thoughts more mojo.
Life is not easy for anyone.
But it is a supreme gift, even with the shootings and the scares.
Breathe. In. Out. Remind yourself you are human.
Human is marble-cake, dark and light. All the time your life is unfolding.
Let the dark show itself but not overwhelm you.
Never trust a worrying idea that arises in your brain before the sun does.

It’s time we play tricks on our minds and tell it to go back to sleep because all is well♥️❤️
