Netherland researchers, publishing in a European endocrinology journal, have demonstrated that women who consume even “modest” amounts of fructose from sugar-sweetened beverages (2/3rds of a can of pop per day) are more likely to have elevated androgens (male hormone).

Which may worsen conditions such as acne, Poly Cystic Ovarian syndrome and even hirsutism. And more.
