Health starts in the gut.

It’s where we get our nourishment.

But the gut is also part of our defense.

Making sure bad stuff like “mycelial active” candida (no longer gentle, but ready to take “root” and cause problems) and pathogens don’t gain entry into our bodies.

Our gut harbors biomes. These manufacture nutrients, protective “fire fighters” and “cops” and speak to other biomes far and wide to “coordinate” health.

What is one of the first line “drivers” of a healthy gut?

The under appreciated parietal cell.

Your parietal cells must be healthy.

But what docs track this? And, how?
