The "Aging Cost of Impatience" & "speed": what they are doing to our telomeres & how to stop this madness that's killing YOU!
An anti-aging hack that is FREE!
I remember getting my nails done a few years back.
All us ladies were “sitting” at this very cool artsy bar.
It was in fact called a “nail bar”.
I was sitting next to this pretty perky much younger woman.
However, she was almost wailing.
“I’m turning 40 years old this week.”
She moaned.
It’s over.
I’m officially old.
It’s all downhill from here on in.
I haven’t achieved all I wanted to - but now I’m way too old.
She kept looking at her nails as those they would somehow help her out.
She represents a growing body of younger Americans.
Who feel they should be making a gazillion dollars by the age of 30.
Retire.
Travel the world.
Have fun, fun and more fun.
Fast and furiously.
We live in a rushed society.
No one is not affected.
We value things shiny, new, fast and faster.
Yet we are all so wanting to achieve “younger longer”.
What does all this obsession with speed, youth, impulsively flicking through screens, anxious if we have to wait in lines, and flinching when anything takes longer than it should, have to do with our cells?
