What is a vitamin?
Any of a group of organic compounds which are essential for normal growth and nutrition. We need them to live and prosper.
Vitamins are required in small quantities in the diet on a daily basis, because they cannot be made by the body.
We used to be able to get vitamins from our diet. We munched. We got vitamins.
Tiz not the case so much any more.
Plants are only as good as their soil, air and water.
Which are all becoming more polluted.
With things that are “kryptonite” to many of our vitamins, like precious vitamin C.
Many of our crops are sprayed with glyphosate two days prior to harvesting.
This is a drying and ripening agent to shorted the life span, to hurry the profits.
But glyphosate is also a chelating agent. It “claws” out the nutrients of the plants.
So the food you are eating is devoid of nutrients.
You eat, but starve.
You crave more.
Your body gets more vulnerable.
More unaccountably hungry.
At the same time, your precious biome gets damaged by the glyphosate.
Enzymes get poisoned.
It becomes harder to make our own vitamins as a healthy biome can, or digest nutrients that do end up getting into us.
Our vitamins are under attack.
