Who am I and what I want to share with you.

My specialty is keeping you “up” on the science of nutrition, hormones and health and translating it into your life, supermarket cart, and personal health tool bag.

My goal is to help you discover the weakest links that are holding you back from being all that you can be.

I have spent 40 years studying hormones, gut health and nutrition from every perspective: as a scientist, clinician, health advocate, author, speaker, inventor, and patient. It is perhaps being a patient that has been my greatest and most difficult teacher!

Mornings find me with my cup of joe, sleuthing the science so that I can put it into practice and also share with others.

I am an agile thinker and want to help you become one as well. This newsletter brings today’s science, and what it means for you and your health, directly to you in a more interactive way.
