There are 25 studies from 1980 to 2013 where ER+ breast cancer patients, with mild to moderate disease (post treatment) were prescribed estrogen (and progesterone) therapies.

Their outcomes were compared over time, to similar women, with similar tumor size, similar disease status, NOT given estrogen therapies.

Out of these 25 studies, this is a summary of what was found (Comparison times tracked were from 2 years to 34 years).
