The influence pharmaceutical companies have on this country is just absolutely astonishing. The advertisements are overwhelming and most people have no idea there are even alternatives.

I've definitely found the same. Broken links, error messages and typing a title into pub med without getting any results ~ I appreciate your writing about this.
Hoping a scaled down version of “Everything Hormones” will/can be made available for some of us avid followers eventually that is a bit more affordable 🙏🏼
I did so much research when I was diagnosed, before surgery. Read about a thousand pubmed papers. Learned which supplements and drugs to take prior to and after surgery to avoid metastasis. Knew which anesthesia and pain meds to take to reduce risk of metastasis. But nowhere did progesterone come up. And of course even with triple negative bc, the instant you are diagnosed they take you off all your hormones. If it didn't come up in all my searching pubmed then I suspect they were filtering results even back in early 2022.
In the past year i started having some problems with my menstruation, which became very thick and painful ( i am 42 years old). Istarted taking progesterone for 10 days a month, starting from day 17 of my cycle. After reading your articles and others about how different types of hormones do good or bad i chose UTROGESTAN,by BESINS,a form of oral natural micronised progesterone, the only one available in my country, all the rest being synthetic progestins.I wonder did i choose right?
The doctors in my town don t know the difference between progesterone and progestins and say they are all bad, cancer causing and advised me to stop taking it since i am now over 40.It seems silly to me because i only begun needing it after 40,when my periods changed and became so painful and thick, probably i started having anovulatory cycles and so on.
I had a nice surprise when even after the first month of taking Utrogestan i stopped having my horrible headache before my menstruation, which tortured me for the last 10 or so years,it must be related to my intake of progesterone because i didn t change or add anything else to my diet or lyfestyle.I also slept better during the 10 days i took the progesterone.
So obviously i would like to keep taking it despite what the doctors say.But now i have a huge problem .I was diagnosed with HPV HR 33 and it produced a premalignant lession on my cervix,a CIN 1,so far.I found some articles on PUB MED that claim that even though the cancer produced by this horrible virus is not considered hormone dependant, still my dysplasia can be worsened by hormone intaking.I really hope it is not true ,what is your medical opinion? Please answer me,if you can.
PS i also started taking some vaginal ovules with a very low dose of estriol ,0,03 % and lactobacillus acidophilus which i combine with the gel PAPILOCARE which is available in Europe for HPV low grade dysplasia
The doctors recommended that i also stop taking vaginal estrogen because it will make my CIN progress and that i only stick to the Papilocare gel but i feel wery well with the combination of the 2 products,i would also like to prevent my genitals from atrophy and i wonder what your opinion is ,as an absolute hormone specialist and a cancer survivor.
Sending you my best wishes and looking forward to your answer!!
