Not sure who this is, but wow, what a lovely and supportive comment. Thank you. It's all about community to keep learning what works. If I hadn't been working in Fl. I would never have learned about rapamycin and on and on. It's sharing it all forward. Honestly, so many of my dear colleagues have moved on to their incarnation already, that I feel a fire in my belly and a need/speed to keep trucking/sharing forward. I so appreciate the support. Is it ok for for a fairly healthy (5'6" 135lb with gut issues) 70 yr young female to use testosterone cream without adding estrogen & progestin? my libido is working again:)!

Would estrogen cream help get rid of belly fat?

all hormones are personal. testing guides hormonal clinical traffic. good luck to you. for example, T is controlled, so every 6 months you need a CBC to track blood viscosity. best to you. dlb

it's 6 mg once/week and a compounding pharmacist can make it up. dlb
