Yes, great article! Whole plant based foods is definitely the way to to! An easy acronym to remember: GBOMBS (Greens/cruciferous veggies, Beans, Onions/Garlic, Mushrooms, Berries, Seeds/Nuts).😉

i eat lots of crucifferous veggies but put in my Hormone Balance and Protect the cited botanicals that tamp down stem cells and signal robustly the anti-tumor growth protector estrogen, ER beta. To get the best coverage. No guarantees in life but healthy science sound choices give more weight to staying well. dlb

Love this, I did try keto and became bloated, gained belly fat, etc. I know we are all unigue but this did not work for me. I now do lots of fibre veggies, nuts, seaweed /minerals, hemp/pumpkin protein, (dr Minkov does plant based prot.) . I also love! the hormone work that you did with Biotics Research..etc. etc. Thankyou!! very much for all the work that you do-you are amazing..

did keto for half a month for recalibrating my taste buds and normalising my blood sugar range (previously insulin resistant, with reactive hypoglycaemia as a symptom because of eating flour, white rice, pasta, bread). After i could trust myself more and regain control over foods, i've been back to low carb whole foods plant based, or normal carb still whole foods plant based, occasional deep sea fish. I love the benefits of fibre. The carb from veggies + legumes + beans are slow to convert to glucose, so i dont feel sluggish or crashing after eating it. Overall my energy level is also maintained just like when i was keto-ing.
