Thank you!! this is very important and has to be delivered over and over again. I am grateful for your books and communications. Feeling well, energized and of clear thinking - not present before. However - the handling of the application had to turned over to my dear Primary doc - who is familiar with and follows your line of thinking. Thank you , again.

In your discussion with Dr Bredeson, he mentioned the importance of choline, and then referred to what I can't tell if it's citicholine or acetylcholine. Could you please clarify? Thank you!

Dear dr B, i write again and bore you to death, but i ll try to be brief.Ipersonally do believe in hormones because i can already feel the effect of their decline and i do not like it.I also see women with worse issues than mine and that makes me fear the years to come, because there s little to no help for us where we live.I completely agree on the great importance of having true friendship in your life but in my experience that is very hard to find and even harder to keep. But as far as being a care giver...that s another planet like you say.I experienced having an old ,sick person in the house , it feels like hell and it is sure to make you misserable and old as well, like a drowning man who drags you with him.In the spirit of altruism i ask a huge favor from you,if you still have patience with people.Whenever you feel like and have the time, please answer this question,as a woman, not as a doctor.Even if i could find some hrt in my town and pretending it would work just fine for me and that i could afford it,how do we accept that we are literally naturally neutred as women(that doesn t happen to men) ?How does one bear the thought that her very essence, the woman inside her,her sexuality and even her personality, her memories(let us not talk about more material things like bone density and all the rest) all depend on some pills or gels or suppositories? And why does it only happen to us women(men also decline, but are not made ko like we are)? Please take your time and answer back some day and i promise i will bore you no more, but i never received a decent answer to this.Thank you.

Estrogen maintains memory, blood flow, neurotransmitters and on and on. And T in males. Happens to us all. Blessings and best to you. Dear friends are true gold. And often only a few over the tincture of time. dlb
