Critical thinking skills. An extremely valuable asset. Teach the young. An essential survival tool. I've paid a lot of money only to be injured by 'experts'. It's a mistake not to value the 'opinions' of us older folks who have learned life's lessons instead we are disregarded. We live in a society of sheeple mentalities.

Wow....Agree....Podiatrist dismissed me, hardly looking/listening with : Stop walking and get on Stationary bike ( it would kill my social life of meet and greet in AM), Dr Google: stretching; RedLight boots, vibrating peanut - and pan tendonitis and plantar fascists are well, allowing for 3 miles AM and all the doggies and friens, and another 2 PM . Agiism, misogynistic doc...

Then

Runs of PVC's 13-14...13000.00 work up= 0....Taking my own History...correction by adding K citrate to coffee, and lowering Mg etc....all is well.

And ..... nobody sits, listens and thinks.

Just Hurry, hurry.

Thank God for Google....onto another puzzle about to be solved.

When I was a young Internist working in the Inner City clinic in Cleveland in 1975, they allowed 45 min for the History and 45 min for the Exam. There were only my mind and hands as tools. Heaven.

I hear you! At the beginning of the pandemic, I’m all by myself in my house and wake up the morning after they declare a worldwide pandemic with plantar fasciitis for the first time in my life. couldn’t even walk from the couch to the kitchen. went to see three podiatrist eventually who gave me leg stints and exercises and expensive new orthotics. Nothing worked. I injected the bottom of my foot with a peptide that didn’t work boy that wasn’t easy. Finally went on pubMed and put in human trials that had efficacy for plantar fasciitis and came up with cold corporal shockwave therapy. Something like that - said it improves it in two weeks and gets rid of it in four months. found a podiatrist that did it (wasn’t covered by insurance) but in exactly as advertised in two weeks had improvement and in four months it was completely in my rearview mirror, but had to figure all that out myself with thank God pubmed.gov. I got you. I got you I got you.
