I’m confused. You wrote “ choose organic animal products first (milk, poultry, and meats) as these are higher in fat. Fat is where pesticides hang out (they are lipophilic).” This makes it seem as though we should avoid organic animal products. Please explain. Thank you

Organic choices of those food should have much less if hardly any pesticides in them if you’re going to eat them those are the most important wants to buy organic because they have the highest amount of fat so if you are going to consume dairy and meet you do want to get them Organic, so when I interviewed experts for my book, and I said what are the most important foods to make sure that you purchase organic everybody said the higher fat foods because that’s where Endocrine disruptors live it doesn’t mean you should avoid foods with that, but just know that if you eat organically, you’re gonna get less pesticides in that I think you were a bit confused!

I spoke that into the phone and saw that it wasn’t exactly grammatically, correct but I couldn’t see how to edit it so I’m glad you got it without me having to rewrite the whole thing, but the bottom line is is that the foods have the highest fatten them should be the one to buy organic because even though there’s nothing like 100% organic it’s still gonna be better than that completely non-organic and vegetables idea what you want to go to Organic but they don’t have as much fat man they have only a tiny tiny bit of fat food has all three components of the macro elements, but just in tiny amounts for example, even let us have some protein in it but it’s not very much.
