If your hormone therapies (whatever they may be) are working for you, then: Your thinking should be clear, with fewer and fewer missing words or names. Your energy should be sustained most of the day without “crashes” or severe dips in energy. You should sleep through the night most of the time without waking up to pee more than once an evening.

I Just Started at 65! Wish I would have started earlier. I have 2 questions, I hear some drs saying that Rhythmic dosing is the only way it REALLY gets desired results.. and how do you feel about using Estriol and Estradiol together with Testosterone.
